Rihanna tops new Hot Trending Songs Chart
Billboard magazine just announced the relaunched Hot Trending Songs Chart dated Nov 5 with Rihanna reigning the list with not one, but two songs. “Lift Me Up” debuts at number one, while the yet unreleased song “Born Again” sits at number two. Both tracks will be available on the soundtrack of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”.

The chart that was previously sponsored by Rémy Martin, is now sponsored by Xfinity Mobile and powered by Twitter. The list tracks global music-related trends and conversations on the platform and updates the list weekly as well as in real-time with updates every 24 hours. Rihanna just topped the weekly chart with tracking starting October 28th.
“Lift Me Up” was released only five days ago, yet it already broke a massive record: With 519 radio station adds across all formats, Rihanna’s new single became “the biggest US radio debut in history”, as HITSS reported. The song sold more than 100.000 units over the first weekend and is currently #1 on iTunes in 46 countries. The song already debuted #33 on the Canadian Single Charts and in the Top 40 of four US Radio Charts:
