Digital copies for Rihanna's "Lift Me Up" are available now

Rihanna’s new single “Lift Me Up” is out for five days by now, however, its digital release through her own website got only available today. Fans should know that actual purchases weight more for the Billboard Hot 100 (and other local single charts) than streaming.

What does “digital copy” even mean?

If you buy the single off of rihanna.store you will receive a mail confirming your digital purchase. Make sure to redeem the download in order for it to be counted. Only one digital sale is allowed per week and per payment method.

Rihanna’s official fan shop powered by Merch Traffic allows to pay by Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay as well as all regular credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. As some fans pointed out, you can buy multiple singles with different payment methods and send your redeem code to someone living in the United States. This way the download will actually be counted for the US chart.

This week’s tracking week by Billboard ends Thursday Nov 3rd at 11:59PM ET.
